Would like to stream file output from the EVAL-ADISZ

I have just purchased the ADIS16364 along with the EVAL-ADISZ to get access to the output of the gyros and accelerometers. I have very  little experience with SPI-compatible devices, and  programing but want to have access to the data to post process.

I'd like to stream the data directly to an external data logger which I typically use with the sensors I currently have. Is there any way possible I can use the EVAL-ADISZ for this purpose.
