I have an ADIS16485, which I want to interface to a development board with an ARM7 microcontroller. To facilitate the interfacing, I prepared a specific card for the IMU (shown on IMU_setup.jpeg), but I'm having some issues to retrieve the PROD_ID value. The microcontroller doesn't read the expected PROD_ID value, and when I connect the oscilloscope, I can see that the signal is quite noisy. I attach a capture of the MISO line, which should be 0x4065. Some of the bits are correct, but not all of them. With regard to the other signals (CS, MOSI, and CLK), they are clean and don't show any strange behavior. The image shows a transmission at 1 MHz, but the behavior is the same at different speeds.
I tested this IMU with the ADIS-EVAL board, and I didn't have any problems. I suppose that the problem is related to the interfacing, but I don't have any clue about how I could solve it. Do you have any suggestions?
