We've been using the ADIS16480 in a UAV application and it used to work perfectly. However recently we noticed about 30° of error on the yaw output value (we were not using this value in the past, so it might or might not have been wrong from factory), we tried to perform a reset to factory calibration to see if that would correct the error. It did not, but now whenever the UAV's engine reaches mid power or more, the ADIS output variables seems to go crazy: we get very fast variations of +/-40° on all gyros, and +/-3G on all accelerometers. The magnetometers however remains very stable.
Could the reset to factory cause all this? Maybe some sensitivity settings that are no longer correct?
