Does the width of lines for the output matching in PCB affect the functionality of ADF4360-0?

Hello, I implemented the loop filter, two power sources (3.3 volts), reference input (10 MHz) and output matching in a PCB. I send CLK, DATA and LE through arduino (using SPI library).  All this you can see in figure 4. When I, recently, turn on this circuit, I get the signal that you can see in figure 1 during one or two minutes. Later, I get the signal that you can see in figure 2 during the rest of the time that the circuit is turned on. I can get all the signals with the frequencies that I need (figure 2), but in a few frequencies like 2.44 GHz, 2.47GHz, 2.63GHz, 2.68GHz, 2.71GHz and 2.725GHz, I get the signal that you can see in figure 3. How Can I better the circuit?   Does the width of lines for the output matching in PCB affect the functionality of the circuit? For PCB, I am using Roger RO4003C. The PCB has a width of 0.51mm. The width of the lines in the PCB is 1.1mm.

Best Regards.
