ADV7401 RGB > YCrCb color space conversion

We are using the ADV7401 to digitize analog RGB video for 1280x1024 @ 60Hz. We have it configured for 4:2:2
16 bit output and are receiving the digitized pixel data with Altera FPGA. On our SDS board, we have a Video DAC (AD7125) to convert the data back to RGB analog (via CSC in FPGA) for driving a VGA monitor.  I have been working on getting the
Color Space Conversion registers initialized with the proper values to convert RGB to YCbCr. I have programmed the CSC using the information in the datasheet manuan and the colors are just not correct at this point and was wondering if you could help me here?  Are there any additional tools (spreadsheets, etc) or scripts that can help configure the CSC block?
