ADSP-21469 EZ-BOARD SCHEMATIC, U17 and U14 VCC missing

I am trying to connect the pushbuttons and the diodes through the J1 connector. I am not so experienced in electronics design, so I am just copying the design from the schematic. But VCC for U17 and U14 is missing from section ADSP-21469 EZ-BOARD SCHEMATIC in ADSP-21469 EZ-KIT Lite Evaluation System Manual, Revision 1.1, July 2012.

I believe VCC should be 3.3 V but would like a confirmation before connecting my external board to the EzBoard.
