AD719x: Does chip select (/CS) high disable the serial interface ?

When /CS is high does the AD719x ignore SCLK?

Can multiple AD719x parts be on the same SPI bus as long as each has a separate /CS to select them individually?

Is it feasible to have multiple AD719x on the same SPI bus, all running in continuous convert mode, and poll the /RDY status by taking each parts /CS low one at a time?
